ORDERSHow long does it take to receive my order?

We dispatch within 1–2 working days. After that, delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your city. You’ll get a tracking link by email once the parcel is on its way. More on our shipping page.

ORDERSCan I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Message us through the contact form with your order number as soon as possible. Once the parcel is with the courier, we can’t change it.

ORDERSHow do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. The first scan can take up to a day to appear after pickup. If nothing has moved after two days, write to us with your order number.

PAYMENTSIs cash on delivery available?

Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout. You can also pay online; the options available for your order are shown at checkout before you confirm.

SHIPPINGIs shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹379 is added at checkout.

SHIPPINGDo you deliver outside India?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver only within India.

FRAGRANCEAre your perfume oils alcohol-free?

Yes, every VALURAA perfume oil is alcohol-free. They’re oil-based and made in India.

FRAGRANCEWhat’s the difference between attar and perfume oil?

Traditionally, attar means a natural oil-based perfume. Our fragrances are modern perfume-oil blends, but they wear like an attar: you dab them on, they sit close to the skin and a little lasts a long time.

FRAGRANCEHow should I apply perfume oil?

Dab a small amount on your wrists, the sides of your neck or behind your ears. Don’t rub your wrists together hard; just let it settle. Start with less and add more after 20 minutes if you want. See our application guide.

FRAGRANCEHow long will it last on my skin?

It depends on your skin, the weather and how much you apply, so we don’t promise a fixed number of hours. Perfume oil generally stays close to the skin for a good part of the day. Applying on moisturised skin helps it last longer.

FRAGRANCEI can’t smell it after an hour. Has it faded?

Often not. Your nose gets used to a scent you’re wearing, even when people near you can still smell it. Smell your wrist directly, or ask someone close, before reapplying.

FRAGRANCEWhich one should I buy first?

FRAGRANCEOud or amber, what’s the difference?

Oud is woody, deep and a little smoky. Amber is warm, soft and slightly sweet. Read oud vs amber for the full comparison.

RETURNSMy bottle arrived broken or leaking. What do I do?

Sorry about that. Write to us through the contact form within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We’ll reply by email so you can send the unboxing video and photos, and then we’ll replace or refund that item.

RETURNSCan I return a perfume I didn’t like?

We can’t take back opened or used fragrance for hygiene reasons, and we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are only for damaged, leaking or wrong items. Full details on our returns page.

CAREHow should I store my perfume oil?

Keep the cap closed tightly and store the bottle somewhere cool and dark, away from direct sun and heat. A drawer or cupboard is ideal; a car dashboard is not.

CAREWill it stain my clothes?

Perfume oil can mark silk and light-coloured fabrics. Apply it on skin and let it dry for a minute before you dress.
